General

This is a two-way service, I am committed to assisting you achieve your goals and supporting you throughout your journey. I also require you to be committed to the program, feedback when required, and check in on the agreed check-in day.

Communication via the app is used for all assistance and help throughout the service. Response times will vary,  I will aim to get back to you as soon as possible.

There is a one month notice period for cancellation. If you wish to cancel the service, this can be done by messaging me via the app. There will be no refund for time not used within the notice period. If you are in your initial 2 months, there will also be no refund.

You will continue to have full coaching and access to the app until the month’s notice end or your initial 2 months ends . There may still be one final pro rata payment taken on your usual payment date automatically to meet the final date if applicable.

Should pain, dizziness, sickness or an injury occur during prescribed exercise, you should stop immediately and seek medical advice. I am not medically trained. Since I won't be present to support you during your training sessions, I encourage you to refrain from attempting any exercises that make you feel unsafe.

Payment

Payments are handled by Stripe, my payment provider. To change your card on file, please ask me for the link and I will pass it to you by message or email.

Social Media

I encourage the use of social media and the sharing of your own pictures and stories. Please feel free to tag me in any of the posts and will of course share your progress too! I will always protect your identity, I will ask for your permission should I wish you share something of you.
